This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents 2 to 6 herein as party respondents and rank them as respondents 2 to 6 in the above CMA.

2. Mr. J. Michael Visuvasm, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Insurance Company did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition. This court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause list and list the same in the usual course.
