This Court vide order dated 27.03.2024 directed the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the third respondent to get instruction regarding the equivalence committee meeting and when it is scheduled to be held. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the third respondent submitted that the equivalence committee meeting is scheduled to be held within a period of twelve weeks (Three months).

3. In view of the above submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will appear before the equivalence committee with a syllabus.

4. List the case on 03.07.2024.
