Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time by granting 8 weeks for complying condition-B Viz., b) the petitioner shall deposit original title deeds of the properties stand in his name or his relatives name not less than the value of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty lakhs only) along with the valuation report obtained from the valuation authority concerned to the credit of Cr.No.18 of 2020 on the file of the respondent within a period of 4 weeks from the date of releasing him from prison, failing which the bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically cancelled and the respondent shall take action in accordance with law imposed in bail order in Crl.OP.No.331 of 2021 dated 12.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MURUGAIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.331 of 2021 order dated 12.02.2021 to execute the surety and to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court by an order dated 12.02.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.331 of 2021 granted Anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to deposit original title deeds of property worth about Rs.20,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.18 of 2020 along with the valuation certificate obtained from the valuation authority concerned.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner was not able to get the valuation certificate from the concerned authorities he was not able to comply with the said condition. Hence, he seeks a further time of three weeks.

4. Heard the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the state.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and three weeks time is granted, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All the other conditions remains intact.
