Respondents/ Respondents/Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the respondents herein before this Hon'ble High Court of Madras to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 10.02.2021 passed in I.A.No. 321 of 2020 in O.A.No. 172 of 2020 by the Hon'ble Tamil Nadu Wakf Tribunal at Chennai.

ORDER

An affidavit of Dr.D.Faritha Banu, Chief Executive Officer, has been placed before me. The said Chief Executive Officer had stated that O.A.No. 172 of 2020 would be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

It is the contention of Mr.L. Gavaskar, learned counsel for the revision petitioner that about 75 days remain as the term within which the application should be disposed. Therefore, a direction is given to the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board, Chennai, to dispose of O.A.No. 172 of 2020 on or before 30.07.2021.

The learned counsels should co-operate in advancing arguments and should not take unnecessary averments. The Tribunal should post the matter on a day to day basis and endeavour to dispose of the matter on or before 30.07.2021.

With the above said direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
