The application is filed for condoning the delay in payment of deficit Court fee.

We have heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the original plaintiff.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the applicant and the respondents and on going through the reasons, we condone the delay in payment of deficit Court fee of Rs.4,51,550/-. The application is allowed.
