ORDER
Seeking a direction to the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.It appears that proceedings under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. has been initiated against the petitioner and therefore, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be given. The petitioner shall take part in the proceedings and co-operate with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the respondent Police till the completion of the proceedings. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, he can very well be summoned by the respondent police and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. At the same time, the petitioner should submit himself to the respondent Police for interrogation and enquiry.
4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
