Heard Mr.V.Sriram appears for the petitioner and Ms.R.Radhika appears for the 4th respondent. The learned counsel for the 5th and 6th respondents is consistently absent. Their absence have been recorded by the Division Bench on 13.03.2024 also.

2.Having perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we find that the reasons assigned are acceptable and sufficient. Hence, this petition is allowed and the appeal is restored.
