Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition have been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the Order dated 23.10.2013 passed in I.A.No.336 of 2013 in O.S.No.212 of 2009 on the file of I Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem.

O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would state that R1, R2 and R4 died. He would further submit that the petitioner is not able to get the particulars of the legal representatives of the deceased respondents 1, 2 and 4.

2. It is pertinent to note that this Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 23.10.2013 passed in I.A.No.336 of 2013 in O.S.No.212 of 2009 on the file of the learned 1 Additional Subordinate 2/4

Judge, Salem and the same is pending from the year 2009. Since the Civil Revision Petition is of the year 2013, the revision petitioner has not taken any steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondents 1, 2 and 4, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose will be served in keeping this civil revision petition on the file of this Court.

3. This civil revision petition stands dismissed. The learned First Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.212 of 2009, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
