To condone the delay of 789 days in representing the above CRP SR.No.143256 of 2019.

ORDER

This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 789 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.SR.No.143256 of 2019.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

" The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai", within a period of one week from today."

3. Upon the petitioner's compliance with the above condition, the Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.SR.No.143256 of 2019, if it is otherwise in order.
