Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and point out the field boundary line and show the exact measurement of the property situated in Kilkuppam Village Punjai Survey No.153/11 and 153/6A1 to an extent of 25 cents, based on his representation dated 06.03.2017.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as other rival claimants and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents 2 and 3 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
