ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for offence under section 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 109, 120(B) of IPC in Crime Number.336 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. It is a case of forged documents grabbing the land of one Ponnammal, wherein impersonation has been committed and subsequently, based on the orders passed in W.P.No. 17583 of 2021, enquiry has been conducted and found that the documents were forged to grab the land of Ponnammal and these petitioner at the instructions of A.P. Ravi, had abetted the crime of impersonation.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they are not aware of the private complaint which is pending against the petitioner and for the same allegation, CCB EDF Team IV has registered the case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) filed a detailed counter, wherein the act of impersonation and false documents been narrated attributing overt act against these petitioners. He further submits that modus operandi, the fraudulent act of impersonation will not come to light.
5. Considering the said submissions, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
