CRIME NO.15/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honorable court in crl.OP.NO.19230 of 2020 dated 08.12.2020 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARAN AND UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19230 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.15 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
