Title. In Para 5 after last line, add "the 1st Petitioner also died intestate as a spinster, leaving other Petitioners as her legal heirs" and in the Prayer Column the words of "Petitioners 2 to 5" may be substituted in the place of "Petitioners".

This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: This application has been filed seeking permission of this Court to amend the O.P.No.848/2016.

2.Mr.S.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the original petition is filed for issuance of Succession Certificate and after filing the original petition, the 1st petitioner died on 01.01.2017, and hence this application is filed.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
