J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Originally the appeal was filed by M/s.R.Neelakandan and N.Santhi, learned counsel. Subsequently, M/s.K.Selvaraj and Sugirdha Rathna, learned counsel have come on record on change of vakalat. The said learned counsel have filed a memo on 23.08.2023 stating that the appellant have taken back the papers from them on the said date.

2. Though more than two months have lapsed, no new counsel have entered appearance. Hence, it is clear that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. In view of the same, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
