O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.40068 of 2016 dated 15.11.2016 (Amendment Order dated 02.02.2018), in and by which, this Court, while disposing of the said Writ Petition directed the petitioner to send a fresh representation along with a copy of this order to respondents 1 and 2 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on receipt of the same, respondents were directed to consider the said representation seeking inclusion of her earlier service as qualified service and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the G.O.(4D) No.27, dated 01.12.2014, School Education (Nee.Va.3(1)) Department, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader for respondents.

Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader for respondents, submitted that the order of this Court had been complied with by respondents. Since the order of this Court had been complied with by respondents, nothing further survives for

consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed.
