The learned counsels appearing for the respective respondents / defendants have stated no objection for allowing the application filed by the plaintiff seeking permission of this Court to examine Mr.P.Ravikumar, Son of the plaintiff to be examined as Chief and Cross as PW1, since the plaintiff P.Changaiah is seriously ill.

2. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, A. No.1102 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for and the leave sought for by the plaintiff is granted.

3. All the learned counsels are directed to file a joint draft revised Case Management Schedule on the next hearing date.
