Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.NAMASIVAYAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.
BALAMURUGANE, Public Prosecutor for Puducherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3559 of 2022 dated 15.02.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.
2. The Counsel for the petitioners states that since the petitioners are hailing from Tirunelveli and hence they were not able to furnish the sureties within the time prescribed in the anticipatory bail petition and further submits that the order copy made ready on 21.02.2022 and received by the petitioners on 23.02.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the above, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 01.04.2022, to the petitioners to furnish the sureties as ordered by this Court.
