ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No. 25 of 2021, pending on the file of the 1st respondent of Police, Mangalampet Police Station, Cuddalore.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that already investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhachalam on 22.01.2021. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
