ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith produce the detenue Rashmi Hayisha Maimoon, Daughter of Abdulrazar Sikkanthar, aged about 21 years, who is under the illegal custody of the third respondent before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue has been secured and produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Sirkazhi on 19.09.2019 and thereafter rejoined the petitioner.
