This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the complaint of one Devadass, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.38 of 2022. Counter complaint has also given by the petitioner in respect which, enquiry has been conducted and both the complaints have been closed. He would further submit that the matter relates to the dispute between the owner of the property and the cultivating tenant. Since the civil suit is pending between the parties, the respondent police have directed the parties to approach the civil Court for redressal.
