This Court ordered notice to the respondent returnable in four weeks and private notice was also permitted on 13.03.2020. Again, the petitioner was permitted to take private notice. Inspite of the orders of this Court, the petitioner has not taken any steps to serve notice to the respondent. The matter was listed for hearing on 11.2.2021 and none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 15.2.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 24.2.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, again it was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 26.02.2021.

3. When the matter is listed today and taken up for hearing on 26.02.2021, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, the petitioner is not inclined to pursue the matter and, accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No. 6110 of 2020 is closed.
