ORDER

Since the matter was originally slated to be listed on 01.04.2025, however it was posted on 26.03.2025 and the Tr.C.M.P was allowed, since the respondent had been served with notice.

2. Today, Mr.B.Thiagarajan, learned counsel, who had entered appearance on behalf of the respondent and at whose behest the matter is posted under the caption for clarification, was heard.
