Crl.M.P.No.6163 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.1189 of 2020 R.PONGIAPPAN, J., Today, when this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

2. In view of the above said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
