ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the non-compliance of the order made in W.P.No.9410 of 2017, dated 19.04.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court passed in the writ petition rejecting the petitioner's representation on 17.01.2018 for the reason that the petitioner has not approached the concerned jurisdictional Tahsildar, viz., Tahsildar, Mylapore Taluk, Chennai - 600 028. The learned Government Advocate also produced a copy of the order dated 17.01.2018.

3. In view of the same, I do not find any reason to keep the contempt petition pending.
