CRIME NO.536/2021.respectively Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the above said condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before Thiruvannamalai and appear before the Thiruvannamallai town police station every Tuesday, Wednesday and sunday morning at 10.30 AM until further orders dated 12.01.2022 passed in Crl.OP.Nos.925 & 667/2022. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BALAMURUGAN, (IN CRL.OP.No.925/2022) AND M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN(IN CRL.OP.No.667/2022) Advocate for the petitioners and of MR. Side)on behalf of the Respondent(IN BOTH THE PETITIONS)the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos.925 & 667 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.
