The petitioner is a resident of Vellore District and he has filed several Public Interest Litigation petitions with respect to sand mafia, pollution etc. He has also filed Public Interest Litigation petition as against one Venkataraman, who is the Proprietor of Kwality Glue company with regard to creating pollution before the Green Tribunal. Whileso, according to the petitioner, when the petitioner came to Family Court, Sathuvachari with regard to his Divorce Case, the said Venkataraman in order to wreck vengeance conspired with the wife of the petitioner and brought her to the Court for each and every hearing dates. On one such occasion, when the petitioner took photograph of his wife sitting in the car of the said Venkataraman, he was attacked by the said Venkataraman and according to the petitioner the same was recorded in the CCTV footage of the Court. Hence, the petitioner apprehends life threat by the said Venkataraman and seeks police protection.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also that there is life threat to the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2018 and conduct an enquiry on
the complaint of the petitioner as well as the counter part and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
