This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order or direction in the nature of Writ calling for the records on the file of the Respondent herein in proceedings No.MP2/27818/2012 dated 19.11.2012 and quash the same and to direct the Respondent herein to allow the Petitioner to continue in the promoted post of Junior Engineer (Agri. Engg.) with all consequential benefits.

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records on the file of the Respondent herein in Proceedings No.MP2/27818/2012 dated 19.11.2012 and quash the same and to direct the Respondent herein to allow the Petitioner to continue in the promoted post of Junior Engineer (Agri. Engg.) with all consequential benefits.

2. Both side counsel present.

3. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 29.11.2012, the Petitioner was continuing the same post and also got superannuated on 31.05.2016.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent submitted that the benefit to which the petitioner is entitled have been furnished which contains the details of the terminal benefit, amount, date of encashment which is extracted hereunder:
