Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the respondents to provide, to the petitioners, the sketch of the land showing the positioning of the Plots in Plots Nos. 47 and 51, Shastri Nagar (Madhavaram), Tamilnadu Suburban Development Scheme comprised under Allotment Order Dt.09.08.1996, bearing Proceedings No.A5/ 2012/95 (WMP.10688/2018) pending disposal of the WP.8820/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.B.SURESH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.PRABHU, Advocate for the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Respondent has provided a sketch of the land, viz., Plot Nos. 47 and 51, Shastri Nagar (Madhavaram), Tamil Nadu Suburban Development Scheme comprised under allotment order dated 09.08.1996, bearing proceedings No.A5/2012/95, and the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.
