] This petition is filed by one V.Ramesh to implead himself as a party respondent in the writ petition in W.P.No.29681 of 2023.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioner has stated that he has purchased the property with UDS of 100 sq.ft. with built up area in two floors.

3.Having regard to the nature of lis and the prayer in the writ petition, this petitioner is also a proper party to the writ petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
