Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16472 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25230 of 2024, dated 25.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
