O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we do believe that the respondent authorities have not done the needful as was required to be done. Even if there was an issue about the alleged absence of the enclosed complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ (which could, in turn, have been enquired from the

petitioner), the fact remains that it is a temple land and what was required to be done was to inspect it to verify whether there had been any encroachments.

2.Learned counsel for the respondent assures us that steps have been commenced and since orders have to be passed, three (3) months time from today may be granted for doing the needful. We grant this extension of time making it clear that in the absence of compliance or non-extension of time, it will be under the pain of contempt. In the process of enquiry, the petitioner may be permitted to put forth his stand.
