ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to enquire into the complaint dated 11.06.2015 and to register the F.I.R, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It appears that the petitioner has given a complaint to the Inspector of Police. Therefore, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to go in person to give a fresh complaint to the Inspector of Police of the concerned jurisdiction and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
