The petitioner seeks a direction to the third Respondent police to give Police Protection to the petitioner and her family members on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.03.2017 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner has asked for Police protection based on the complaint dated 06.03.2017 that the persons stated therein are causing criminal intimidation and trespass. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stated that so far, no action has been taken on the complaint dated 06.03.2017 and the acknowledgment has been filed to show that the complaint has been forwarded to all the authorities concerned.

3.Under the stated circumstances, the third respondent is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.03.2017 and to take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4.With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
