This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: This application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner to seeking permission to the power agent to appear and give evidence on behalf of the petitioner.

2.Mr.S.Sridhar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the original petition is filed for issuance of letters of administration and the respondents have also given consent for issuance of letters of administration.

3.The learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner has gone to Bahrain, to look after his family, and therefore she has executed the power of attorney to dispose the main original petition and filed documents.

4.Mr.S.Rajasekar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application. Considering this, application is allowed.

5.Post O.P.No.126/2015 for recording evidence before the learned Master.
