The representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 09.04.2016 is sought to be disposed of by issuing a direction in the present writ petition. Perusal of the representation reveals https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioner raised certain allegation against Sree Varadaraja Benefit Fund Limited. The representation was submitted in the year 2016 and the present status of the said Benefit Fund has not been placed before this Court for consideration. Already five years lapsed. Under these circumstances, if any grievance exists for the petitioner as of now, he is at liberty to approach the competent authorities in the manner known to law.

2. With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
