PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining the cancellation of the Sale Deed Dated 22.02.2015 bearing Document No.555 of 2019 on the file of First Respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and direct the second respondent to remove the entries from the Encumbrance Certificate to secure the ends of justice and pass orders.
