ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner throughout investigation in Crime No.12 of 2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.It is seen that this petitioner was granted Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.12 of 2014 on condition that she should appear before the respondent Police for investigation. Now, when the respondent Police calling her for investigation, she has filed this application stating that she has been harassed by the respondent Police.

4.This Court directs the respondent Police to issue summons to the petitioner and after summons, the petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
