O R D E R

Earlier when the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.03.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- "

Registry is directed to serve notice on the petitioner, who appears as party-in-person, indicating that the matter will be taken up for hearing on 01.04.2026.

2.Such notice shall be served on or before 09.03.2026.

3.Call the matter on 01.04.2026."

2. During the hearing on 01.04.2026, this Court had passed the following self-explanatory order:- "

Noting that the petitioner had appeared in person in prosecuting the lis, when the matter was listed on 04.03.2026, this Court had directed notice to be served on the petitioner. 2.Pursuant to the said order notice was issued to the petitioner by the Registry and an acknowledgment card has been received indicating that the notice had been received by the petitioner. 3.However, today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 4.Hence, list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 08.04.2026."

3. Even today(08.04.2026), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner/party-in-person. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
