This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to issue the certified copy of the legal heir certificate of one S.Parthasarathy.
2. Perusal of the document filed in support of this writ petition in the typed set of papers would show that already an order has been passed on 12.12.2017, rejecting such request of the petitioner.
3. When such being the case, I do not think that the present writ petition with the relief as stated supra, is maintainable, without questioning the said order in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
