Respondent Prayer:- This second appeal has been filed under Section 100 C.P.C., against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.7 of 2002 by the Subordinate Judge, Pollachi dated 28.10.2002 confirming the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.120 of 1997 by the District Munsif, Pollachi dated 27.11.2001. For Appellants : No appearance For Respondents : No appearance JUDGEMENT When the above Appeal was posted for hearing on 05.03.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that he has no instructions and hence, he wanted to withdraw his appearance. Hence, the Registry was directed to verify whether any change of vakalat has been filed, otherwise to print the name of Appellant in the cause list and the matter was ordered to be listed on 06.03.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". Today (06.03.2019), the above appeal is listed by printing the name of the Appellant, and when the matter taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the appellant either in person or through counsel. Hence, the above Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
