Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent viz. The Deputy Inspector General of Registration, vide her proceedings in No.N.K.No.3629/B/2012 dated 27.09.2012 and quash the same consequentially direct the 2nd respondent to register the sale Deeds or any conveyance Deeds in respect of the Plots/ land in "Sri Vaishnavi Nagar" comprised in Survey Nos.245/1, 2, 3, 4 part, 5 part, 7 part and 269/5 part in Kaspa Kallakurichi Village within the Sub-Registration Dstrict and Registration District of Kallakurichi, as per the guideline value of the Department, published in its official website, which is in force from 01.04.2012.
