ORDER
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order under contempt, has been complied with, though belatedly. Since the entire amount has been received by the petitioner, while closing this Contempt Petition, this Court expresses its displeasure on the part of the respondent in belatedly complying with the order of this Court. Careless attitude has been adopted by the respondent towards the implementation of the order of this Court. However, this Court records the submission made by
the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order had been complied with, and gives a warning to the respondent that henceforth, they shall act in a timely manner and comply with the orders of this Court, failing which adverse remarks have got to be entered in the Service Register of the Officer concerned.
