PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to proceeding bearing Mu Mu 23 617/E.4/2011 dated 16.07.2012 of the second respondent and confirming order bearing proceeding No.RA.5(1) 147354/2013 (AA No.71/2012) dated 13.09.2013 of the first respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to grant licence to the petitioner on the basis of his application dated 07.12.2011.
