Considering the fact that the plaintiffs have filed the suit only for declaration, the suit properties are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and the entire cause of action also arose within the jurisdiction of this Court; and only the second defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, accordingly, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
