This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 3 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the judgement dated 05.12.2024 passed in S.C.No.163 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hosur.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
