O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking for a direction to the First Respondent to issue a legal heir certificate on account of death of N.S.Lenin, S/o. N.Stalin, died on 12.03.2011.

This Court during the earlier on 26.09.2019 had passed the following order :- "This Court by order dated 03.09.2018 referred the matter for mediation. It is represented by the Learned Counsel for the parties that in the mediation, it has been agreed by the parties that the Petitioner viz., L. Indhumathi would be recognized as the legally wedded wife of the deceased N.S. Lenin and that the children born to the Second Respondent, viz., L. Sweety and L. Arun Prasanth, through the said N.S. Lenin would be recognized as the children of the deceased N.S. Lenin in his legal heirship certificate to be issued by the First Respondent. The settlement signed by the parties has been produced, which shall form part 1/2

of the order. It is further submitted that the mother of the deceased, viz., S. Lakshmi was alive on 12.03.2011, at the time when the said N.S. Lenin died, but she subsequently expired on 04.05.2019 and the said fact may also be mentioned in the legal heirship certificate.

Having regard to the aforesaid settlement arrived between the parties, the First Respondent shall proceed to make necessary enquiries and pass orders on the application dated 09.12.2017 made for issuance of legal heirship certificate of the deceased N.S. Lenin and inform the outcome on the next hearing.

Post the matter under the caption 'for issuance of Legal Heirship Certificate' on 11.11.2019. 3.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents states that in pursuance of the aforesaid order dated 26.09.2019, Legal Heir Certificate had been issued to the Petitioner on 07.11.2019 and a copy of the same also produced before this Court. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing survives for consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent developments, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
