C.M.P. No.5327 of 2020 in C.M.A.SR.No.27341 of 2020 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.

The learned counsel for the petitioners fairly made a submission that the petitioners are the Government Pensioners and therefore, he has chosen to withdraw the miscellaneous petition, enabling the petitioners to pay the Court fee.

2. Thus, the petitioners are granted with two weeks time to pay the Court fee and if the Court fee is not paid within a period of two weeks from today, then the civil miscellaneous petition in C.M.P.No.5327 of 2020 as well as C.M.A.SR.No.27341 of 2020 stands dismissed automatically, without any reference to this Court.
