ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation of the petitioner is disposed of but the petitioner's grievance is yet to be addressed. He would further submit that the petty shop is still running in front of the petitioner's TASMAC shop and the private respondents in the writ petition are selling beef in the petty shop. Due to which the customers of the petitioner are consuming alcohol in the said shop and causing nuisance. 2.Such being the case, the respondents 3 and 4 are supposed to take action. This Court in very many cases, has directed the concerned Authorities to take action and ensure that the people may not consume alcohol in the public places and case nuisance to the general public.
