When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 06.08.2024 in W.P.No.10126 of 2024 the 1st respondent considered the matter afresh and passed an order on 29.05.2026 in his Proceedings No.237/2024. The copy of the said order has also been produced before this Court.
