2.When the Contempt Petitions are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is inter se dispute, touching upon the constitution of the Trust. Therefore, unless and until the said dispute is resolved, the request cannot be considered. She further submits that the said decision has also been communicated to the petitioner. In view of the same, the contempt petitions shall stand closed.
